TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

I have the right to refuse your order if I am not comfortable with it.
As the artist, I own the rights to the commissioned work. Do not claim it as your own or remove my signature.
If payment is not confirmed within 3 days of contacting me, I will assume that you are unavailable and cancel your order.

PAYMENT

Never send the payment before contacting me.
There will be no refunds after the sketch approval. Full refund given if I'm unable to finish your commission.
I will not start a commission if the payment is not fully processed.
Payment 100% upfront via Ko-fi or Paypal.

ORDER

You must have at least two visual and clear references of your character. I have difficulty working with text descriptions and will probably refuse your order if you do not provide me with images.
Minor changes, such as colors and details, can be made during the finalization process. Once the sketch is approved, there will be no major changes.
It usually takes one to four weeks to finish a drawing. I don't take deadlines.
The final product will be sent via e-mail or Discord depending on the file's size.

ARTWORK

Commissions are for personal use only. Do not use it for commercial purposes or sell it under any circumstances.
The characters depicted in the artwork will remain copyrighted by their respective owners.
You may edit, publish or use the artwork as an icon or banner, as long as proper credit is given.
